📜 RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This return and cancellation policy applies to sales made through minimoticaret.com, managed by Merve Durak.
Our policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation.

RIGHT OF RETURN (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL):

• The consumer may return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given within the specified period. Notification can be made via e-mail or the support line on the site.
• Products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unwashed, unused, in resalable condition, and sent with their original packaging and labels.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

• Products prepared in line with the special requests or personal needs of the consumer (custom-made, etc.),
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimsuits, jewelry),
• Products whose hygienic condition has deteriorated after use.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• The product to be returned must be complete, unwashed, unused, undamaged and sent with all original accessories.
• During the return process, it is the responsibility of the consumer to package the product appropriately, in the same way it was originally sent.
• Return shipping costs belong to the consumer within the scope of the right of withdrawal.
  If the product is defective (defective, wrongly shipped, etc.), the return shipping cost is covered by the seller.

RETURN PROCESS:

• Please send us your return request along with your order number via minimoticaret@gmail.com or our support line on the site.
• After return approval, you will be informed of our return address.
• Once the product reaches us and is checked, a refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days using the payment method used for shopping.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• If your order has not been shipped yet, a refund will be made if you submit your cancellation request.
• Cancellation is not possible for orders that have been shipped; in this case, the right of withdrawal can be exercised after the product has been received.

Buyer (Consumer):
In this contract, the "Buyer" is the consumer who places an order through the minimoticaret.com website and declares his/her own information in the order form, and the name, surname, address, telephone and e-mail information in the order form are taken as basis.

TOPIC 2:
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the minimoticaret.com website belonging to the Seller.

3. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT:
These are the product(s) ordered by the Buyer via the minimoticaret.com website and the details of which are specified in the order form.
Product name, quantity, sales price, payment method and delivery address are taken as stated in the order form.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE:

• After the order is confirmed, the product will be delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days at the latest.
• Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer when ordering.
• The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

• The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the Seller within this period.
• The product to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

• In products prepared according to the special requests or personal needs of the consumer,
• In products such as underwear and hygienic products whose hygienic condition may deteriorate after use,
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have lost value after use.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS:

• In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.
• If the product is defective (defective or incorrectly shipped), the return shipping cost is covered by the Seller.
• After the returned product reaches the Seller and the conformity check is carried out, the payment will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest, using the method with which the Buyer made the payment.

8. FORCE MAJEURE:
If the performance of the contract becomes impossible due to natural disasters, war, fire, strike, official decisions and similar extraordinary circumstances, the parties cannot be held responsible for their obligations.

9. COMPETENT COURT:
In disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.

10. ENFORCEMENT:
By completing the order via minimoticaret.com, the Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
The contract comes into force upon completion of the order.
